We first met Rosa about a year ago when we were looking for a place to rent. She was the agent representing the landlord. Rosa had a very friendly and genuine character and even though we eventually rented another unit, she stayed in touch and shared information about listings in case we decided to buy.
Fast-forward a year, we were ready to buy and reached out to Rosa.
